Strong Machine but Shreds Aren’t Standard This cheese grater is definitely powerful and saves a lot of time compared to doing it by hand. It feels sturdy and well-built, and it’s perfect for big batches of cheese. Cleanup isn’t too bad either, which is nice. The only downside is that the cheese doesn’t come out in the usual thin, uniform shreds — it’s a little thicker and uneven.
