It started out as a good microwave and only complaint was the clock would always drift to being around 4 minutes behind. It's not 2 and 1/2 years after purchase and it's completely glitching out and won't work. The clock is having random numbers flash and beeping randomly and won't start cooking. I've tried unplugging/plugging it (reboot) and same results. Very disappointing. Read more
Microwave itself seems to work alright, it's very big inside and can hold a lot. My only complaint is that it arrived dented on the corner backside, most likely from mishandling during shipping. The dent can be hidden if pushed back against the wall so I decided not to return it. It works great and is pretty easy to use. I appreciate that it's quiet. My last microwave was extremely loud. Note that the digital display light color is blue not green as shown in photos. I don't care for the blue but I realize most appliances are made like this now. Hoping for the best. Read more

Exact color * size I expected but the downside is the control panel (CP) is very hard to read. The CP is black while the features and numbers are very small and in white. It would be so much better for an 86 year old to be able to read the features and numbers if they were in darker white causing them to stand out against the black. Now I have to lean over and place a light on the CP to select the feature/number I desire. The door is very loud when closing to latch. This needs to be addressed and corrected. The CP isn't as shown on Amazon Cooking ability is very good. P.S. the CP seen on Amazon clearly isn't as easy to read as shown. Amazon is at fault. Read more
needed a new one - been years since i had a new one. I have the built-in one but with me a vegan and hubby not I use 2 microwaves at almost every meal. This one is very easy to use and clean. Good value for the money. Read more
