So many good features. 1 hour and fifteen minutes for a full pot. Keeps coffee hot for many hours. Drip tray and stand work great keeping counter clean. The service is also great. Emailed them, needing a part (rubber foot that was not on a parts list) and they replaced the machine because it would be out of service too long waiting for the foot. Easy clean up. Read more

This is absolute garbage - after 6 weeks of use it developed a hard crusty residue at the bottom and sides and turned the water cloudy and undrinkable - i have other urns that are 10 years old that don't do this to the water. 6 weeks! thankfully Amazon refunded our money. Exceeded all my expectations! I saw a lot of reviews that it makes too much noise but that’s what a coffee machine does. I’ve had other machines like this one and they make way more noise. This is a silent noise compared to other machines. Bought this for larger events so I don’t have to brew twice. It brews relatively fast and maintains the temperature perfectly. Would buy this again in a heartbeat. I’ve recommended this machine to many of my friends. Everyone falls in love with this machine when they see it. Read more
It’s big! Takes a little over two hours to make a full urn. Stays hot for hours. Brews a very good cup of coffee. I would recommend this for large parties, holiday gatherings, catering events. And…. It looks great! Read more
