This product works very well. I mixed it up with water according to directions and used a hand held pump up pressure - wand type sprayer and I sprayed the pea stones of a sometimes damp and musty smelling cellar of a country home. It totally refreshed the area. I was so impressed, a couple weeks later I mixed up another batch and repeated again, plus this time lightly spraying up the cement walls of the cellar, also.
