I REFUSE to use a different toothbrush
I LOVE THIS!!! I've always struggled with brushing my teeth regularly and I NEVER flossed. This changed all of that, honestly. The different attachments are FANTASTIC, although I mostly use the water pic and the toothbrush That being said: if it falls IT WILL CRACK. Good base unit, replacement tip availability and website stink.
Dentist suggested one of these water jets to clean below the gum line. That's pretty much all I've used it for, finding the periodontal tip, which is designed for that task, to be the best to use for this purpose. As the dentist noted, these should be used as an enhancement to regular flossing, not as a replacement. After six months of daily use, the end of the periodontal tip has blown out. What I've seemed to find is that the only way to buy replacement tips is to get a set of all six styles for $20, most of which I have no use for and are perfectly fine. The Puursmile website is an absolute joke and lacks some of the most basic functionality and information. It appears they threw the website together on the cheap, thinking it would lend credibility to the company but not considering that it should actually be useful. The base unit itself has been working fine. It's a bit easy to change pressure levels unintentionally, but it operates a week or more on a single charge and offers a wide pressure range. I would definitely suggest skipping this one and buying one for which you can buy the replacement tips that you are actually wearing out. Read more
Fraudulent Charging
These company is a fraud, they continue to charge my card repeatedly when I’ve already told them multiple times to stop charging my card. They do it late at night hoping you won’t notice and then never reverse the funds or stop payment when asked. On top of that it’s a terrible product.
