I am a nurse and bought these to wear to work while pregnant because I was experiencing increased swelling in my ankles and feet toward the end of every shift. They are true to size and so comfortable. I bought more pairs to wear around at home and in the hospital after giving birth. There was a noticeable decrease in swelling after wearing them all shift or all day at home. They improve circulation without being too tight. The quality is greatβI have worn and washed them many times and they still look brand new and provide the same amount of compression as the first wear. I still wear them every shift now and my legs feel great. Highly recommend! Read more

Best I have ever had, I quickly learned to fold the top down to be even with the tip of the toe. Pull on until the heel is snug. Then pull top up over the heel and gather the sock and push gently down toward the heel gathering the sock so there are no wrinkles. Pull up while letting the sock slip from your fingers gently, so wrinkles do not occur. The top fit just below your knee. Next rub your sock a leg until the pressure (squeeze) is even. This becomes quick, easy and foolproof after some practice. I have arthritis in my hands so I had to figure out the method which had the least stress on my hands. This method is the best for me. I found that trying to pull a sock on without turning the top down over the foot part was nearly impossible. I purchased one pair, tried to put on, found my process and immediately ordered a three pair pack. Pressure (compression) is proportional to height, comfortable, very effective in controlling blood pooling in legs while standing or sitting, with almost total relief from pain. I have never found a better pair of compression socks, and I have no need to seek another. Read more

Very pleased with comfort, good support and appearance. Not too thick so they're easy to wear with my shoes. Wash well. Plan to purchase again. Read more

I found these socks to be well made, comfortable, and fairly easy to put once I had done a couple of times. They helped with minor swelling in my ankles and feet, also alleviated a soreness in my calves. I donβt plan to wear them daily but rather a few days each week. I bought two pairs. Read more

These have been my favorite compression socks to wear while pregnant. I like that they are thinner and Nylon so my feet don't get too hot. They stay in place, go up to my knee, and really help with the swelling. Read more

I was willing to pay more for these as they appeared to offer the size customization not readily available in cheaper pairs and I was looking for some real compression around my ankles for long flights so was will to tolerate the nylon feel. I've had compression stockings years ago when I was pregnant and I know what they are supposed to feel like. They should be hard to put on - they have to be TIGHT in the foot & ankle area to be effective. Sadly, these go on easily - like running socks - and although the fit was perfect, so were the ones that were a fraction of the price, none having any real compression value to them. There is no way these would keep my ankles and feet from swelling up on long flights and for $30 I just expected more. They might possibly be better than nothing for daily wear, but I don't need that. I wear a 9.5/10 women's shoe size with 14" calves so I bought the medium/wide size but I have narrow/slim feet and ankles. I guess I will have to visit a medical supply store locally to get ones that actually compress. Read more

These provide compression that's on the lighter side, but given these are the first compression socks I've ever owned and used, that's probably a good thing. Ordered the wide calf version, so that might be the reason as well (mine measured at the top range of the regular scale and lower range of the wide scale). But wore then recently on a flight and my ankles and feet didn't swell at all...and my legs didn't feel constricted in any way. They also stayed in place, and the upper band didn't cut in to my leg. I bought the pink socks, and I love them! They are almost perfect! I bought these compression socks because 2 of my doctors suggested wearing them to reduce swelling in my legs and to help with blisters on the back of my legs from edema. I have blisters again, but I haven't been wearing the socks daily because I only have one pair and these were expensive to get. I find the fit to be fantastic -- the compression is great, it doesn't squeeze my toes, the heel is perfect, and I'm able to wear them all day. I tried sleeping in them, and quickly found out that I should NOT have done that (my physical therapist, who was the 3rd person suggesting the socks, told me it's never a good idea to sleep in compression socks). Anyway, I'm not sure if I had trouble sleeping in them because of them being compression socks or if it's because I had to roll down the top and it was squeezing the top part of my calf... That's my only complaint about these socks -- for a small size pair, they are really long on short people. I'm 4'11" and find this to be an issue. But I'd still buy the socks anyway as I don't feel any discomfort while wearing them during the day. Besides, most compression socks are ugly and I found the pink ones to be extra cute! Read more
