This trimmer is perfect for the nose. Unlike most trimmers it doesn't have a thick protective barrier (supposedly for safety) that keeps you from trimming close to the skin. Therefore, you can cut the hairs shorter and it will be longer before you need another trim. It's also cheap! I've tried others and I just can't trim the hair close enough to the skin, so the hairs are still prominent when I'm done. And I don't need fancy features like a light to show the area better. Well guess what, Amazon not only had what I was looking for but they had the best price. Now if there is a better deal out there than this I've not seen it. I've had nose and ear trimmers that was far superior to this, and Ive had worse. Could it be better? Yes. For example, It has trouble with my eyebrows, it really doesnt trim it very well. Even my nose hairs takes a few passes before it gets it. So does it work? Yes. Is it the best? No. Is it the worst? No. Would I recommend it? Very different from my old one. This one is like a mini clipper with guards on either side of it. Does a great job and very lightweight. When you have those pesky nose hairs this is the thing to use. Update: at the risk of sounding like a wackadoodle I actually tried it in between eyebrow waxing to clean it up and it works fantastic. It's a nice small, compact razor and it does them beautifully. Perfect little gizmo for taking care of pesky facial hair issues...of all kinds! The tiny head on this NE150R will tackle smaller areas (like below and between eyebrows) without worries of trimming what I don't want trimmed. It's exactly what I wanted! This was one of the least expensive products among the selection, and it shows. First, it took about three weeks to arrive. Second, the plastic body is very cheap and flimsy. Third, it came with no instructions. Not a big deal, but still, a few tips would help. Fourth, immediately after turning it on, it smelled like something burning.
