Expensive but works. We have 4 cats and 2 dogs and have tried "all the products." ChatGPT recommended this product and after reading reviews I purchased some. It was able to get the cat urine smell out of a sofa after soak it in the spray of this product a few times. I also was able to get the cat urine out of a pillow after soaking it in the sink with this product overnight. I'm literally shocked. I have had to throw products away due to them being ruined by cat urine in the past and trying other products, even brand name highly rated products. Now, we use this always, in the cat litter box, on the floors, on fabrics, in the washing machine, and our housecleaner uses it to wash the floors every 2 weeks with it. We have purchased this product before for another area and believe it is the best. We had to purchase for removing cat urine from carpet and pad. We removed the carpet and pad and then applied to the baseboards and concrete. Very easy to use and easy to apply. No need to rinse or wash. Just apply and let dry. The smell of the product is fresh and pleasant. The cat is no longer going into the room to urinate and is using her litter box instead. Read more

We moved into a house that had several cats and smelled strongly of urine. The cleaners had used Nature's Miracle - it did not work at all and left behind a chemical smell. I didn't expect it to work so fast but within 6 hours it was significantly better! Now 24 hours almost gone but one spot in the runner of the sliding door. We used a sprayer that pressure pumps and used almost 2 gallons (diluted) in 1800 sq. feet on floors & walls. This does have a smell to it but more pleasant than any others- leaving the windows open really helps. We also used this product 2 years ago when our son bought a car that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It took 3 applications over a week and the smell was gone! This kind of worked but I didn't like the smell. I was using it to remove a dead mouse smell after we removed the physical dead mouse. There may have been too much mouse grossness even for this stuff. I feel like it was way too expensive for what it did. Read more

I had high hopes for this product so I'm disappointed that it didn't do as advertised. I had a male cat that peed on my furniture. After using Odor Xit, it smelled like Fresca (sweet citrus) and cat pee. As for the cap not fitting correctly, cut a bit off the end of the tube. Read more
