I was skeptical but curious. Turns out this unit is lighter weight and easy to use. Clip on the exercise bands and install the (included) batteries in the remote and you're ready to go. I read over the instructions briefly and hopped on to try all the settings. I did some research on the vibration types and intensities and (at first) thought that maybe this machine was limited. After using it for a few days my muscles feel tingly and energized. I don't think there has to be a continuously intense body impact from the vibration (like at a sports training or injury rehab facility) to get results. This machine has 5 pre-programed settings that mix up the type of vibration and intensities to give a full workout of your choosing. You can also manually set the vibration types and intensities if you want to focus on a specific level. I had to try the max just to see what it felt like. I set it for dual vibration types (up and down and sideways) and maxed the intensity to 180. The vibration encourages your muscles to contract and relax at a rapid rate and the different motion types works on balance and stability. You control the intensity and duration with the remote control. I didn't feel motion sick in my head or stomach (a possible side effect I read about when researching vibration plates) but it was a pretty intense workout as I actually broke a sweat after 10 minutes. I'm not an athlete, just wanting to add something to the mix among the treadmill, rebounder and light weights. It's a reasonably priced item, built well and delivers exactly what is promised. I used this same exact machine in physical therapy for lower back pain. It worked so well that I bought this one for use at home. I use it with resistance bands and it has been strengthening my back and core. I highly recommend for lower back pain sufferers, it's easy on joints, just enough movement to make a difference. I love it and thank my PT Dr. all the time for introducing it to me. Read more
The instruction book is unclear and useless. The numbers in their chart are meaningless. The specs say it operates from 50-60hz, but the machine itself doesn't tell you what hz you are at. There's a way to adjust vibration from 1 to 180 but the purpose is unclear. We need to know how to adjust this thing to a specific hz to give us what we're looking for - weight loss, muscle building, bone strengthening, but it's not there. I can't find any "contact seller" so I docked a star for that as well. I give it two stars because it came when it said it would, and it turns on. Read more
You cannot just move it around its heavy. It should have a wheel. It can hurt your back if you force to lift it. I don't know how it will impact your organ. One thing for sure never sit on the platform it may do damage to one of your organ and just do a 10 minute at a time never overdo it. Read more
The unit came packaged well and seems to be in good condition. It seems to offer a lot of variations of vibrations and speeds, but includes NO instructions or pictures of suggested exercises. The instructions on how to operate and use the various speeds and vibrations are not clear and I am unsure as to which program would benefit me the most. Additionally, I cannot clearly read the unit display when I am standing on the unit. Looks like I will have to spend additional money to purchase a book or chart of suggested exercise and positions in order to use the machine. Why sell an exercise product but not include and suggested exercises. Beyond frustrating! Read more
lasted 3 months and just wouldn't turn on next time I wanted to use it! it is not flat like it looksi in pictures. it will only run for 10 minutes then must total restart. More of a shaker tnan a vibrator, I mostly use it on high. Read more
I like how it works what I did not like is that it came incomplete and the mat on the machine was not properly inspected before shipping for damages or missing items for its price. Read more
I only sought to purchase a dual motor at the suggestion of the doctor when I told her I had a vibrating plate and she asked me how many motors it had and I didn't know, so she told me about the health implications of single vs dual motor. I was super excited after reviewing several before deciding upon this one. My excitement dropped significantly when I first used it and wished I hadn't thrown away the box. My single motor gives me more of a workout than this one and I didn't get even get the loop band that was suppose to come with the machine. For now, I'm going to continue trying out the machine with the different exercises in the book. If I don't feel a major increased difference compared to the single motor I'll be returning it without the loop band because I never received it. DARN WHY DID I THROW AWAY THE BOX. Read more
