Works on Surfaces, Not Great for Chains or Crevices

I wasn't thrilled with this product. On the positive side, it does clean what it can reach. Flat surfaces and exposed areas of jewelry come out noticeably brighter, and the polishing cloths work well for bringing back shine. If you’re cleaning simple pieces without a lot of detail, this does a decent job. Where it fell short for me was anything with crevices. My chain barely looked any cleaner after soaking, and even with the included brush, I couldn’t really get into the tight spaces. My pendant still has buildup in the detailed areas that this kit just couldn’t remove, which was disappointing given how it’s marketed as an all-purpose cleaner. Overall, this is fine for light cleaning and polishing, but it’s not very effective for chains or detailed pieces where dirt gets trapped. If your jewelry is intricate or needs deeper cleaning, you may want to look for something stronger or more specialized. Read more
