This insulated mug keeps coffee hot for 6 hrs, not warm, HOT! Fits perfectly in the cup holder of my car, reasonably priced. Handle makes it easy to pick up. I've been using these everyday for years and like how well they keep my coffee hot. The lid is more secure than the previous generation that had rubber o-rings that kinked and caused leaks. That problem is solved, thank you. I love the handles versus the ones without handles BUT their lifespan is too short. The handles are barely secured by a small strip of metal welded to the side of the mug and extending into handle maybe a third of an inch. Inevitably the handle starts to loosen, especially if it suffers even a minor drop. I can't get into the handle to tighten the screw so eventually it falls off. I've come to accept that is the cost of owning this mug so I keep two, one for backup, when the inevitable happens. Read more

First, understand that the obvious place to drink from ( where you lift up the tab) Is not Where you A sip from It is actually the air release. The part you drink from is what looks like the air hole on the opposite side! So don't try to force that tab up high enough to drink from because it's just for air release. So another reviewer that couldn't figure this out so I thought I'd mention. Second, the handle is very lightweight and does not appear to be made well. Seems fine right now but I feel like it's going to not last very long. Third, and the reason for my three stars, is that the lid seems much harder to thread on than any I have had in the past. I love that this is actually leak proof, but the lid often threads wrong so I get spillage. If you put the lid on correctly it will not leak, it just has a weak thread system which causes it got to work properly sometimes. Anyway, I really like this when it works correctly it just doesn't seem like it's designed for someone left handed because I'm always threading it off. As for the liquid, keeps it hot pretty long. I can stick this in the dishwasher which is nice. The size is also good. Read more

This is my second purchase of this travel mug for my mom (first one purchased at a big box store. It needed to be replaced as I broke the handle). This works great! My coffee stays hot for hours and it's easy to clean. Note, you will have to use one of those drop in tablets after a few months to soak out the stains but that's to be expected with metal interiors). Her coffee doesn't leak and I put this mug throw the works (it's fallen, it's been tipped over, been upside down, jostled in my bag). The contents stays inside and doesn't leak. I really like this travel mug for her. The handle is really the selling point as she finds it easier to hold and drink while driving. Read more

This cup does everything it claims to do flawlessly. My ONLY issue with the design is the lid. It does not come apart for cleaning, and that's an issue for me. There is a silicone ball attached to a plastic arm that seals the lid for travel - works well - wish it was possible to clean. If this is not a dealbreaker for you, this is a solid buy. Read more
