Nicely packaged in a plastic bag with a handle. The pillow is very nice. But not for me I need a harder pillow, this is softer to me. I listened to reviews and half said it's hard, half soft. Up to what you need. But very well made , I do recommend it for certain sleepers. Read more

Seems like I am always looking for new pillows as most tend to not hold their shape. I've been using this one for about 5 months & so far it has kept its shape & hasn't flattened too much. I provided pics from brand new to its present shape. I like to either sleep with it under my head for neck pain or between my legs for low back relief. It's comfortable & a really good size. This pillow is everything I want in a pillow. My head sinks right into it, but only to a point. After an initial softness that cradles my head, it becomes firm enough to hold my head at a perfect angle. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this is the first time I have gotten a wool pillow, but it is really quite nice. It doesn't smell weird, and doesn't bunch up.
