This unit is quite heavy on the neck, even without putting any downward pressure on it with the hand loops. The massage intensity is quite painful even on the lowest setting. I found it to be quite uncomfortable. If the massage sections weren`t so solid, it would be more comfortable. For someone more elderly, I wouldn`t recommend this unit. Read more
