The fabric is thick enough that an undershirt isn’t necessary, but the linen-style weave gives it a slightly scratchy feel. The tag says 100% cotton. Fit and size were correct. I recommend dry cleaning or washing in cold water and hanging to dry to prevent shrinkage. I have several Coofandy shirts, and this is the only one I don’t particularly care for.
