I'm 5'11, 165 pounds, my shirts have 34-35" sleeves. I ordered a large and it fits perfectly. Need a light windbreaker? I have found this one to be perfect. Back in the late 1960's I had an unlined, nylon (rayon?) zip up windbreaker. Not a lot of warmth but keeping the wind out was enough on most days. My thoughts turned to that jacket recently and I tried to find one. Couldn't find one but settled on this. I have been very pleased with this - light weight, comfortable, doesn't restrict movement, has a nice look and a good feel. At $20 I could take a chance on this. I'm glad I did.
