Pleased with these pants. They are a modern/ on-trend wide leg fit. They are comfortable, with the material being relatively soft. I would recommend them. They are not 100% linen, they are a linen-blend, which is fine for me, but if you're looking for 100% linen these may not be an acceptable option for you. They are 70% rayon (bamboo) and 30% linen. So, I fell for the classic bait-and-switch on Amazon. The listing boasted about these fabulous linen pants, making them sound like the ultimate summer wardrobe essential. Who doesn't love the idea of breathable, stylish linen? I hit 'buy' faster than you can say "cool and comfy." Fast forward to delivery day, and my excitement quickly turned to confusion. The tag on these pants revealed the ugly truth: 70% Rayon, 30% Linen. Wait, what? Is this some kind of joke? The material felt off from the start, but I was hoping it was just me being picky. I might as well have wrapped myself in plastic wrap for all the breathability these pants offered. Sure, they look decent enough, but if I wanted Rayon, I'd have shopped for Rayon. These pants are more like imposters masquerading as linen. The deceptive marketing here is pretty blatant, and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. If you're on the hunt for genuine linen, steer clear. Save yourself the disappointment and find a brand that doesn't play fast and loose with the truth. Read more
Pros: Very comfortable / relatively lightweight. Elastic waistband. Drawstrings. Cons: No tag/information in packaging with care instructions. Relatively shallow pockets. No zipper or button(s) in the front. Summary: You have to be careful if you keep your keys or phone in your pockets. Those items -will- fall out of the pockets if you are not careful. Everybody complains about these linen pants for being too hard linen is always rough and scratchy until you start washing it , a little vinegar and some fabric softener will help soften it. They only get better after each wash. I still have mine from four years ago & they are the softest linen pants I ever owned. I have 4 pairs different colors. Feels great & looks great on me .
