Bodybuilder here. 6'1, 250 pounds, massive 50+ inch chest, huge shoulders and arms. 36 inch waist. I ordered the XL and couldn't be happier. I was afraid the shoulders and chest might be too tight or the waist would fit like a tent based on some of the reviews I read. In actuality, it couldn't fit more perfectly! Love the material! When I went to the gym today and wore it for the first time, I got plenty of stares. It fits just that well. I must admit I love my workout/casual clothing to be more fitted rather than super loose and this works exquisitely. If you're my dimensions or close and you want a roomier fit, I'd go up to an XXL. Hope this helps with sizing, which is critical for an article of clothing like this. And unlike many of the other reviews, which did not give me a clear direction on what size to order for my build, I'm hoping this review gives you other larger muscular men out there more clarity. I'm so impressed that I've ordered two more in blue and red. I've purchased other products from this company and have been very pleased.
