This child-safe knife is a great tool for teaching kids how to safely use a knife in the kitchen. It’s well-designed with safety in mind, and my child found it easy to handle. Unfortunately, there was a small accident, but it wasn’t the knife’s fault—accidents happen when kids are learning new skills, and it’s all part of the process. The blade is sharp enough to cut through food easily but not overly sharp, which is perfect for beginners. My child has gained confidence using it, and I appreciate that it’s helping build important skills. (I've caught the wife using it as well, she's dangerous with sharp objects also! 😆) Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase.
