Extremely well sized, perfectly thin/thick enough to do the job and fit in and around different foods, and don't take up a lot of room in my freezer. I bought an insulated lunch bag which these coolers fit extremely well without hogging space. Plus they keep my food cold from the time I pack it around 7:00 am until I eat around 1:00-1:30 pm. That's asking a lot of a relatively thin cooler but it does it extremely well. By the time I get home, around 4:10 pm, they are thawed but I put them back in the freezer and by morning they are re-frozen. In the insulated bag, they are sufficiently versatile to fit around various foods and liquids and keep them safely cold. I appreciate their slim shape for that reason. They were not clumsy, heavy, overweight, just perfect for what I was going to use to put them in that hand carry cooler bag.
