Vinyl stickers stick well. Screw”on cap sounds terrible, but is much easier to remove with arthritic hands. Coloring flakes off, I wash in dish washer every 2-3 days. It has flaked at a slower pace than the other mug bout at same time. Color is cibrant even w the chipping. Works well both hot and cold. I use more for heat and am very happy with the 3+ hours I can take to drink liquid. I’ve never had ice completely melt while using it 6+ hours outside. Read more

Update (to previous 3-star review): This mug is great for the price. It keeps my coffee hot. The coating is slightly “powdery” giving it some subtle grip while still being smooth. The handle is an added bonus for both holding and clipping it to my backpack. My original review (below) knocked on the lid, but it turns out the lid can go on right or left handed, depending on where you start the threads. This makes it extra versatile and inclusive. Great purchase! Original: Just received this tumbler. The build and construction look sufficient to the price. However, my immediate impression is somewhat disappointed. The screw-on lid makes this a left-handed mug. I have no problems with left-handers (2 of my kids are left-handed); however, I suspect even left-handers driving American cars are going to (often) use their right hand to retrieve their beverage from the cup holder and drink. By left-handed, I mean that you must hold the handle (in the standard way) with your left hand to get the opening of the lid facing you. Additionally, because it is a threaded screw-on lid, the threading within the mug prevents any after-market slip-in Rambler-style lids from working. Read more

The cup itself is of good quality and seems that it will hold up for quite a while. There are two drawbacks for me hence the two star deduction. The first ding is that the lid screws on and off instead of pushing and pulling on and off. It's very difficult to get it to twist. The second ding is that I have not found a way to remove the sliding mouthpiece for cleaning. I googled it and searched youtube but have not found a way to remove it. If anyone knows for sure if it comes off for cleaning, please feel free to comment. Otherwise it's a good solid item. Read more
