Great for my 8 year old nephew that is in love with koalas. Light up nice and bright but not too bright to bother a sleeping baby. Looks very cute and the material is soft silicone. You just tap to change colors. The battery seems to last forever since he has not charged it since like a week ago. Read more

Recently redid my seven year olds bedroom in a baseball theme. Purchased this little light to give him some comfort at night since he doesn’t like being in the pitch black room alone. The light is even cuter in person, has two levels of brightness which is nice. There is also an option to have the light to off after 20 minutes. My son loved that you squeeze or tap to get it back on. I will say the hat in ours is coming off and was right out of the box but I think a small dab of glue will keep in place. All in all it was a great purchase and I would highly recommend for the young baseball fan in your life! Read more

I adore this little Capybara, with the tangerine balanced so serenely on his head. I do. I'm a little obsessed with these cute little Capybara lights actually, to tell the truth. And I am a grown adult. Lol. My kids think they are so cute too. I love rechargeable night lights. Some are excellent, others are ok. This one falls into the "good" category, however there is one really annoying feature about this particular light, which I have not come across before- It has no ongoing charging indicator light when it is plugged in, the instructions say that when you initially plug in the cord it will "flash 2 times" to show that it is charging, and when it is finished it will "flash 3 times." So I have to sit here for hours watching for that single sucession of 3 flashes to know when it is done?!!! That is crazy!!! Most little night lights like this have some sort of indicator light that is on all the time when it is charging and either they change colors to show the charging is complete, or the light goes from flashing to still, SOMETHING to easily distinguish when it is done. This one- nope. This seems like a very bad design flaw to me!! So, I docked this a star for that- convenience and simplicity matters to parents, we have so many other things we have to determine in a day, one extra step to figure out whether the nightlight is fully charged or not, since they didn't bother to give us a clear visual clue, shouldn't have to be one! Other than that one thing- I love this light. It is a "simpler one", which I prefer for these anyhow, i don't need all the "bells and whistles" don't want extra LED colors, certainly dont want a remote- this one - the button on the bottom says it all: "On," or "Off" or "20-minute Timer"... that is IT. I love that. Also, this is simple in that it only has 2 brightness levels to it, instead of the 3 that some night lights like this have. My experience with these nightlights is that you really only want to have them on the "low" setting most of the time anyhow because it is much more efficient that way, and one charge will last you SO much longer that way. The tangerine, by the way, is fixed to the head of this light, it is not removable. (I wondered that myself and didn't see the other reviews say one way or another on that.) I have seen other similar capybara lights where I get the impression that the tangerine might be removable, this is not one of those. (Actually, that is safer to have it not removable if you have babies in the house anyhow, that might choke on it.) This is one of those super soft-sided rubbery sorts of nightlights, that are very sensitive to every touch on any part of their body. So, when this is "on" if you push the head or body at all, it goes through the following light levels- Push 1: Low light, Push 2: High Light, Push 3: Off. It comes with a short charging cord, but not the plug. I really do love it even though the charging status not being easily evident, is so frustrating to me. Read more

This is surprisingly good quality. It is super soft and very responsive. It looks great in any kid's bedroom! I'm glad there are multiple brightness options because the highest is VERY bright. The lowest setting makes for a great nightlight. The timer option is a must have, otherwise my child would never turn it off lol. Read more
