This luggage set is not only sturdy but beautiful as well. I absolutely love it. The color is perfect, zippers work great and love the TSA lock. Spins 360 perfectly which makes it so much easier to manuever. It's very light when the other suitcases are not inside one another so I'm sure the larger bags will be great for checked-in bags. I also love the color becaue I think it will be easier to locate the bags on the carousel. We haven't used them yet but I'm pretty confident they will be exactly what we needed.
