I am very happy with this pillow. I was looking for neck support. This is not too hard (although it's a bit more on the firm side) and not too soft. There is enough give so that I feel supported as a side sleeper who tosses and turns. There is no odor, which is great. I find it to be of high quality and well made. Interesting pillow. It almost feels like it's too thick or high for sleep but when I wake up, my back doesn't hurt like it did before. Also, I've laid my head down twice on this pillow in an evaluation type mode and then fell asleep. lol So I guess it's pretty good support. I said 'Interesting' because I would normally think it's too high, but perhaps the flat pillows were contributing to my back pain. Highly recommend this pillow. The jury is still out on this pillow. It is packaged well, comes with a nice cover and somehow it feels cool to the touch - but not for long. Even for a medium firm it is very stiff. I like a little give in a pillow. You can fold it - but not for long. I can sleep on it - but not for long. Stills gets 4 stars for effort and it doesn't stink. As a side sleeper I'm mostly using it between my knees for lumbar support - but not for long. Read more

This is everything it claims to be. When it arrived in a small tube, I was concerned. Even after it expanded, I doubted. By the time I went to bed it was firm, and the size of am average pillow. It does not compress under my head while I sleep, letting me wake as comfortable as I was when I fell asleep. Pillows of double or triple this price have let me down on the first use... but after sleeping on this for a week, I'm convinced that this is what I will be buying from now on. You should too.
