When I decided to replace my pillows, I intended to buy the same brand that I had. They were made by a major retailer, I was pleased with the quality, but it was well past time to replace them, but I came upon these pillows and the reviews were good, but they had memory foam. Generally, I don't like memory foam but, again, the reviews were good, and they have a cooling side, so I decided to give them a try. I love these pillows. I did not realize that I was not getting good rest at night until I slept on these pillows. I sleep through the night and wake up very rested. They are so thick that I thought they might cause me to wake up with a stiff neck but your head sinks into the pillow, your head and neck are level, making it the perfect size for sleeping. Some memory foam takes the shape of your body and remains in that shape, which is why I don't like memory foam, but after you sleep on this pillow, this pillow maintains its original shape & size. I also love the cooling side of the pillow, which is the main reason I selected this pillow. So now I no longer get so hot at night. I'm not waking up to wipe my neck; I'm just sleeping straight through the night. Also, with my previous pillows I was coughing at night. I thought it was due to my allergies and the tree outside my window but maybe that's not true because I haven't coughed at night since I've had these pillows. When I received the pillows, they were flat as pancakes and had a factory smell, but I followed the directions in the packaging, squeezing and massaging the pillows. The pillows took the proper shape within minutes. The directions also state to let the pillows air out for 24 hours. I received my pillows around 7am, sat them near a window, rotated them a few times, and by that evening the factory smell was gone. The directions also recommended washing the pillow covers before use, which I did that also. That evening, and every night since, I've had an absolutely, wonderful night's sleep. I even caught my dog snuggled up on my pillows. I should also state that I've only had these pillows 5 days, but I am very pleased with them and think they are well worth the buy. Read more

These are amazing! Cut open the vacuum sealed pillows and lay them out (I lost track of them but in an hour they were full size) and they are good to go. Mine didn't seem to have a chemical scent or factor odor at all (idk if that's odd that I check that). Was looking for replacements for pillows I bought years back at closeout store... I tried several premium brands and good reviewed but all were lacking. These are hands-down the best I have tried!! Soft supportive adaptive heavy quality pillows. I was cautious about memory foam in the filling but I can really say they feel like they are stuffed with synthetic down...ultra soft and like a cloud. They come very stuffed with the inner material which is not stinky or cheap feeling...but easy take out a handful or two to adjust the volume/firmness. Also the case/cover is very soft and luxurious feeling..honestly it doesn't need a pillow case. 5/5. Read more
