Bought for my husband (6'4" and 400lbs) and he loves it. It was easy to put together and upon opening you can really tell how sturdy and heavy duty this chair is by how heavy the pieces are. The wheels roll smooth and quiet and the adjustability of the lumbar support and the arm rests is an absolute game changer, I really love that the arm pads can adjust wider and are very thick. The seat is a great width and the cushion is very comfortable. One of our office workers who is large, has broken 3 office chairs in the past 2 years. This one I have confidence she will not break. The cushion is thick and sturdy and wide enough for a large person. The wheels are amazing. Even with her weight, she can wheel easily from her desk to her bookcase without any trouble or having to get up and walk. The arms are sturdy and adjustable. I put it together very quickly with the easy directions. It has hydraulic lift and so far that stays in place without falling. Her chairs in the past would not keep the height she set, but this one is great. She's able to have it high enough so there's no pressure on her feet on the floor. Sturdy chair. I've had mine since June 2024. Assembly was not bad. Chair is definitely sturdy. The seat readily adjusts up/down. Each arm rest goes forward and back and up and down as well. Get it adjusted and you'll be happy. I prefer this chair with the up/down armrests - prevents neck pain. You can also rock back/forth or lock it so the chair back stays upright and straight. I though I would miss the head rest, but I don't: i rarely used it on my old chair. Had a small issue with the armrests cracking a bit (to be fair, I was using the chair for work 8-10 hours daily since the chair arrived). Messaged customer support and they readily sent me a replacement (after I sent them photos of the problem). Communication was polite and fast (time zone difference was barely noticeable). SUPER NICE customer support. I highly recommend them -- the chair won't let you down and you'll have a comfy place to sit and work. Answer to my prayers. The chairs at work were giving me "numb butt" which made it impossible to concentrate and get my work done. Some days I was almost in tears because I was in such pain. Co-workers solved this problem for themselves by standing at their desks but I have mobility issues so that wasnt an option. I scoured the internet and read hundreds of reviews before ordering this chair. A friend assembled it for me and he said it was straight forward and easy to do. At first sight, I was happy to see how wide the seat was and it looked very padded. Then I sat down and heaven broke open and a choir of angels sang! This chair is comfortable! It rolls nicely. Excellent chair, very comfortable. I've had it about two years, and it's still doing pretty well. One of the wheels is a little wonky now, and the arm rests are cracking and flaking, but I'd happily buy another one if those things bothered me. I love this chair. It came on time. No box or product damage. Very heavy if your not use to lifting heavy objects but quick to put together in about 35 mins. Easy instructions and extra tools in case. I sit about 8 hours off and on, its comfortable and good on the legs. You can adjust it high or set it lower. Has a rocking feature but be careful, it can tilt if your not careful. Wheels very slippery so i suggest a floor mat for the chair. Very good on the mid to lower back. Might add a neck attachment to it for more support. Chair handles are adjustable as well but not removable. If you decide not to install it, the chair will still work just fine. This chair is awesome! It's only day 1 but I have put together my fair share of $200 office chairs in my day and this is by far the best. I don't know why it's not $400 or more. Its built like a tank in every respect. The adjustments seem to go beyond what one might need in any direction they go. I only weight 250 lbs. or so but I think it would be fine for much much more. Its comfy and well padded everyplace you would expect. I think I might get another just in case this price is a typo. Its bigger in most respects when compared to other office chairs, so if your in a tight space, that might be an issue. I got all the parts and it went together painlessly. Read more
