I love this pillow! I got this pillow for my lower back pain that would always seem to get worse after waking up. I used to use a king sized feather pillow between my legs for support but since it would flatten out over night, I always found that the hip on top would actually pull upwards and make the back pain worse overnight and sometimes even while I'm just laying there trying to sleep. I've been using it every day since I got it and I've actually noticed that my hip no longer pulls up, I can stretch out unlike before, and the muscles are slowly relaxing again. Even though this pillow has chunks of foam instead of a solid block of foam, once you put a pillow case on top of it you can barely tell. I was debating getting a solid pillow before this but I don't regret my decision at all. The chunks of foam make it so i can decide how firm or soft i want the pillow to be at my head or at my legs. It also makes it so i can bend it around really easily to take the shape of my legs if they're bent and still pull it towards my face to rest on. The only thing I would suggest is to fluff it up every morning after using the pillow or to do it before going to bed so the foam doesn't stick together and clump over time. For the things that some reviewers have complained about...when you receive the pillow, its super flat and floppy. Give it a day or two of fluffing and letting it sit to open up a bit or toss it into the dryer (in my case I put it under my blankets at the foot of my bed and turned on the bed warmer on high). There is the typical fresh memory foam smell to it, especially on the first few days. Now the only time I smell it is if i shove my face into the pillow and poof out a pocket of air. I think the smell will go away after the first washing but I have yet to do that since I personally don't mind the smell too much. If anything, it smells like deliciously soft comfort :) Also as a side note: The seller is great at following up with people. A few days after purchasing this pillow the seller contacted me to ask how things were and if I had any questions. I asked if it would be alright washing in my HE front loading machine and received an answer (yes) within a few (2) hours. Read more

After having several regular coop pillows, I found this when I needed to replace my maternity pillow that I was still using 12 years later because it supports my back well. I love this pillow, even though it is huge and makes making the bed a bit unwieldy. But the cover has started to pill after only a few months. I wake up during the night noticing the texture and pills. I put a body pillow cover on it but it doesn’t cover the whole thing because it is so large. This pillow changed my life. I have a neck injury in the lower vertebrae right where it meets my spine, and I snore so I need to sleep on my side and my tummy. This pillow ♥️♥️♥️ honestly best sleep of my life. It's like it's holding me in a soft bed of moss. My hips don't hurt anymore, my shoulders don't hurt anymore, my neck doesn't hurt anymore. And I can find a comfy way to lay on my stomach without my hands and arms taking all the weight of my body. I've tried so many regular memory foam pillows, and this body pillow is a god send. I'm sure other body pillows would work, but I do love the memory foam stiffness, it's kind of a medium firmness. And it doesn't get rock hard in the cold like other memory foam, it's stays nice and soft! Read more

Unlike many reviews that seem to have been written before taking the body pillow out of the bag or using it over night, this review is based on four nights of trial. Many complaints in other reviews here would be solved by following the instructions on the product insert card. The body pillow comes vacuum packed, so you need to let it fluff up. Their suggestion to put in dryer on low heat for 15 minutes works very well as does shaking it from its short ends and kneading it. They have instructions on what to do with no dryer. As noted, the new foam has a scent that will take some time to dissipate. Their suggestion to put in dryer on low heat for 1-2 hours with a dryer sheet works. Note: I don't have dryer sheets so used two small lavender sachet pillows. I needed to tumble it for more like 4 hours, but the dryer sheet may be fine after their recommended 1-2 hours. They have instructions on what to do with no dryer. Upon telling my new chiropractor that I'm a side sleeper, he recommended a body pillow. Resting on the pillow during the day for a short time was very comfortable, but night was a different story. Turns out I am not a true side sleeper. I start on the side but often end up on my stomach or on my other side. Even after adjusting the amount of filling, I found it too thick and not easy to move from one side to the other. This pillow is very full with very high loft (night one); it is easy to unzip the outer cover and inner case to remove filling. Night 2 had about a gallon or so removed, but this was still too thick. Nights three and four had about one third to one half of the foam removed. It is easy to re-fluff the pillow so the filling is easily distributed, just with a lower loft. I am returning the pillow because despite reviews stating it is cool and breathable, I woke up the second two nights very hot. I don't know if removing the filling made it hotter, but on night three I threw the whole thing on the floor and did the same last night. Bummed it didn't work out.
