I took this for LS for seven days, four times a day. I have noticed significant relief from the symptoms. In order to deal with very bitter taste, I was taking it in capsule form. Amazon sells empty 'bulksupplements.com' gelatin capsules that I filled myself right before taking them. Size 00 worked perfectly for me (about 22 drops). In addition to supplements, I recommend trying a gluten-free diet to those who are dealing with LS. Read more
