They recently changed the pad wrappers but it appears to be the same pad as before. I haven’t noticed any other changes to the actual pads. I love these ultra thin overnight pads and I have been using them for some time now. As someone who has struggled tremendously with irritation from the plastic feeling pads from brands like always, Cora is a wonderful change. The plastic feeling pads rub against my lady parts and it actually causes my skin to become red and inflamed. The difference with these soft cora pads is literally day and night! No more irritation. Thank God. I much prefer these over the always ultra thin overnight pads. They are similar in length, size and thickness to the always ultra thin overnight pads labeled size 4. They are not as long as the always overnight ultra thin size 5 pads. I held up the always ultra thin overnight size 4 compared to the Cora ultra thin overnight and they look nearly the same in size and shape. These cora pads are much more soft, absorbent and comfortable to wear then always as I stated. I also think cora stick better and I like the wings better. I use these on light, medium and medium heavy days. On my heaviest time, which usually lasts about 24 hours (normally day 2) I switch to the Cora overnight maxi pads. The ultra thin can handle my moderate to moderately heavy days and nights great though. They absorb way more than you would think by looking at them. They do look and feel very thin but they can handle more than you would think. For me at least. Everyone is different so it will vary of course! The are not only for overnight wear, they are great for daytime too! In the description it does state the length of these pads which I think is 12” if I remember correctly. Nobody likes surprises when it comes to if a pad will work for them or not so be sure to double check the length before you buy! Measure out your favorite pad and compare the size to that or just simply measure the part of your underwear you know you need to cover. From what I’ve discovered 12” seems about average length for an ultra thin overnight pad usually labeled size 4. I believe always and Kotex ultra thin overnight are the same. If you are an extremely heavy bleeder and are looking for something with added protection definitely try the Cora overnight maxi. The maxis are just as soft and mainly the same length (a hair longer) but they are a little thicker and more absorbent. Both the ultra thin and maxi absorb so fast and really pull the liquid into the pad. It does a great job of keeping you dry. Cotton absorbs so much better than the other materials big brands use! I have a hard time using anything else other than Cora and just keep coming back to them! Read more

After the always brand started giving me irritation I searched high and low for a replacement and I found this brand. I personally love it - the big thing is no irritation, everything after that is a plus. Like usually with natural brands the packaging is weird but it definitely isn’t, it works the same and the “normal stuff.” Notably there is no smell from them and they stick well. They also are very absorbent but also appear thin which is a HUGE plus. I get them monthly. Read more

These are amazing! I used to have so much itching with always brand pads starting the third day of my period. This time around with these I just realized the last day I had no itching, I wasn’t dying to get them out of my underwear!
