I've been waiting for this blender set so I can make tiramisu and cheesecake. The fact that it is cordless makes everything much more convenient because I can literally use it anywhere without being stuck to the outlet area. The whisk can go in two speeds, soft hold vs hard hold (faster) on the button. I have no problem beating the egg whites and heavy cream with it. The detachable pieces are really nice because I can switch to the blender to crush cookies in the container. I also like that it comes with the beaker. Read more
