I am really impressed with this. I have bigger legs and the extra lengths included in the package really help this fit to perfection for me. I feel the vibrations are excellent as well as they simulate E-stim and really help get some deeper tissue relief. I have put this on in the morning and done a 45 minute session but leave the brace on throughout the day to work like a compression bandage. I'm walking better and having better pain relief than I have had in months. One of the reviews I read mentioned that it only worked on the front of the knee.
