I am really impressed with this. I have bigger legs and the extra lengths included in the package really help this fit to perfection for me. I feel the vibrations are excellent as well as they simulate E-stim and really help get some deeper tissue relief. The heat level is more than adequate and at times I have found to be too warm and had to adjust the level. My only complaint is I wish it held a charge for longer. I have put this on in the morning and done a 45 minute session but leave the brace on throughout the day to work like a compression bandage. I'm walking better and having better pain relief than I have had in months. One of the reviews I read mentioned that it only worked on the front of the knee. So, of course, I had to try it out because my muscular pain is underneath. I can assure you, you can turn this brace in any direction you want to wear it to get relief and it will work. Used this for about a month while recovering from a broken hip. Made my knee feel soooo much better while I waited (rather impatiently, I must confess) for the massive swelling to go down. This will stay in our stash of random medical supplies, "just in case". Would buy again, and have recommended to others. Read more
This needs to come in bigger sizes. The quality is really good, it is comfortable to wear, and good for the value I need to use it more to see how good it helps. It functions really good and is very durable. Read more

so far product does the job but strap that are included for shoulder are very short. Luckily I had long straps from another product that did the job. Elbow and knee works great. Small compact and easy to carry. It does help with pain Read more
I have really enjoyed this knee messages, I just had knee replacement on my let side, yet my right knee has swollen so this is helping. It takes a moment to get it to turn on once you push the button on the bottom. Im glad I can use this on my shoulder also because of pain. Read more
