This is a highly effective and intelligently designed leg massager, ideal for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, dancers, and seniors. It uses air compression to deliver consistent, gentle pressure across the entire leg, promoting relaxation and circulation. The digital control unit is user-friendly, allowing easy adjustment of intensity, mode, and duration, and it runs on a built-in rechargeable battery, making it fully portable and cable-free. I especially appreciated the well-timed rhythm of the massage patterns, which provided a noticeable and soothing massage experience. It’s an excellent tool for relieving muscle fatigue, speeding up recovery, and easing post-workout soreness. Read more
This leg massager is excellent and highly useful especially for older adults. It uses air compression to apply gentle, steady pressure along the leg, which promotes relaxation and better circulation. The controller is simple to use, letting you adjust intensity and which area to target. The built-in rechargeable battery makes it portable and cable-free. I liked the massage rhythms. The device helps ease muscle fatigue, speed recovery, and reduce post-workout soreness. After long hours on my feet, it significantly helps. Read more

My family of athletes have all tried this leg compression system. First, let's get one thing straight for those who haven't used these before. This is NOT a massager. I'm not sure why that is in the product title, but if you are expecting massage, look elsewhere. This is for compression, which can help with recovery from long competitions. It simply squeezes your leg, which is fine because that's what these things do, but it is misleading for people unfamiliar with these to call it a massager. Second, sizing. We ordered a small. We have a family of athletes ranging in height from 5'10 - 6'3" and in weight from 120 - 200+ lbs and it worked for all of us. I have long legs and there were times when it felt like the thigh compression was hitting me in the wrong spot and too uncomfortably tight for the location (when the compression level was fine for the rest of my legs). But you can adjust compression quickly and easily with the buttons. One last thing, this says it is for left leg only but we have been using it for both and it works just fine. The control unit is just on the left side, but the "boot" itself is pretty symmetrical and it works just fine on both legs. This unit isn't as great as the fancy ones you see in recovery spas or training rooms, but it works well and is convenient for an at-home unit. Read more
So first off, I'd like to point out that calling this a massage isn't quite accurate. So don't get this expecting a shiatsu, massage like experience. This is more geared towards individuals that have circulatory issues and need compression to keep their legs healthy. It may also be something that runners and other athletes are interested in. It's very easy to use. You can slide your leg in, or it has the zipper to zip up around you. You just hit the power button and it starts! You have the ability to make some adjustments, but it defaults to a high compression setting and a full leg treatment. It starts with compressing at the foot, then moves each section of the leg, and then compresses the entire leg. The one issue that I have with it that I feel you need to be aware of, is that since it does compress the entire leg, it also compresses the back of the knee. This can be uncomfortable since all your veins and arteries are exposed there. The first time I used it I could feel the pulse at the back of my knee. If you align your knee just past the 'n' imprinted on the device, and keep your knees slightly bent, then it decreases the pressure at the back of the knee. You can't adjust the settings to work just on a single area such as your foot, or gastrocnemius. And you can also adjust the intensity of the pressure at any time during the session. I like that it's really easy to use, not just with the controls, but you can slip it on while sitting on the couch. You don't need a lot of space or time to use it. Once you finished your session, it takes a minute or two for it to fully decompress and all the air to be released. But then you can fold it up and put it away. I know this was listed as a size small, but I'm 5'8 and if it be just fine. My mother who is 5'4 also tried it out and it seemed a bit big for her. There's not any side variants with the device, so it's not specifically for a certain leg. You can use it on your right or left interchangeably. Read more
This compression stocking is a big size! It's for adults, and a bit large for my 5'3" frame, but reached all the same areas with minimal issues. I like that there are different modes for compression, massage, etc., as well as being able to chose which area I want the compression sock to focus on. The large, full length zipper was a bit of a pain for me, as I felt it was pushing into the top of my leg as the sock inflated. That being said, I personally didn't need to use the zipper to remove my leg. I really like the power pack. It isn't cumbersome and allows the user to still move around if desired. It is bulky, so movement may be difficult for some, but possible. Seems to charge pretty quickly with the included power cord, however you will need a plug in base for it. Spot cleaning and disinfecting is relatively easy. Good for people with blood circulation issues or arthritis. Read more
