Mobility
I read many reviews before purchasing this. So far I love the product. I have used it several times and it works just as advertised. Being able to use it as a back brace, heating pad or massager is a game changer especially while being mobile. When I clean my house or do yard work it keeps me from having bad back pain. I like the locking feature also that prevents the settings from accidentally changing. Battery life is pretty good especially if you only use one option at a time. The massager is a little louder than I expected but it's still very effective. I got the warranty just in case which I never do based on some reviews claiming that it stopped working after a short time using it. Read more

good price, works well as far as heat and massages... sometimes it even gets too hot that i had to tone it down .. so if you need heat, this is excellent. the lumber on the other hand is not as strong as i had hoped. Read more

Conceptually great, poor quality
Charged this up out of the box and put it right to use. Absolutely awesome when it worked. After the second charge the power button no longer worked. I’d plug it in to make sure it’s charged, it would show full charge, but not turn on. Do not recommend based on quality. Will find something similar with a better build and recommend the same to anyone looking at this. Read more
