This device is WONDERFUL!! I had a rotator cuff repair surgery followed by a graft surgery performed on my right shoulder and this therapy device was perfect. Singe and not double configuration which I did not need, and heat + vibration massage both of which I wanted. This device was up to half the cost of competing devices that had only heat or only massage features not both. I have had it for several months now and I love it. The power bay device holds charge for an impressively long time and is as easy to recharge as a cell phone. The heat at maximum setting is comfortable without being too warm for a 20 minute wear. The vibrating massage is strong enough to feel soothing. It is very adjustable, and can fit people of various sizes easily. One of the best buys I have made. Read more
Very comfortable, Works Great gets very warm, however just as it starts to feel good and the pain eases off THE BATTERY GOES DEAD after just 20 minutes with a full charge. Have to keep charging and it’s not a fast charge either. If it wasn’t for the battery life it would be a 5 star purchase. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Do not buy this. Battery pack does not stay on. I could not even get the heat element nor the massager to turn on I bought it for the heat not the massage but I did try to see if the massage worked and it did not. I believe I got a defective one. I did see one other review that said that there’s came and it did not work. Also, if you have any swelling in your upper arm, it will not fit you on your bicep. I have been diagnosed with CRPS and it does not fit when I’m swollen. Read more

I bought this for my dad to help with his shoulder pain. He said it felt good and helped relieve some pain, which is why I didn’t give it one star. The two star rating is because the heat stopped working after 2 1/2 weeks when he turned it on high. I returned the first and was sent a replacement, but the replacement stopped within the first week when he put it on High again. I finally just asked for a refund and sent the second back also. I had hoped this would offer significant relief for my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I can barely feel the heat even on the highest setting while wearing a shirt, and I don't want to apply it to my bare skin. The massage balls don't hit the right area. It has a very loud vibration and I don't like using it if anyone else is asleep. I wouldn't buy it again. It's fairly easy to put on and take off, but the battery only lasts about 45 minutes and takes 2 1/2 hours to charge. It requires a USB port to charge. You also have to make sure you have put the battery in before you put on the sling, which can be difficult to remember, at least for me. It's almost impossible to put the battery in the pocket where it's meant to be held if you have the sling already on. It fits OK but, again, the vibration balls don't hit the right spot. It's fairly comfortable. It moves well while I'm doing things. But I wouldn't buy it again. Read more
