Absolutely love this vacuum! I have back problems and vacuuming is normally a problem. Maneuvers around with ease and no cords to deal with. Every time I use it I check the battery to make sure it has enough power, it does. I don’t vacuum every day but I vacuum a lot more and the battery has yet to run low. Somebody listened to their mother when designing this one! Read more

The media could not be loaded. Let me first say this: I currently own 11 different vacuums. I like vacuums and I'm hard to satisfy. I've been using this vacuum off and on for a few weeks now, and I'm impressed by how much I like it. It's been 8 years since I have had a cordless stick vacuum (a Dyson), and I didn't know how much I missed having one. This one has features that are far better than that old Dyson too. The brush head hasn't gotten my wife's hair wrapped around it. This is a massive achievement on design, because unless a vacuum specifically advertises this feature... my wife's hair is basically going to become a rope that has to be cut out of the vacuum. The headlight on this brush head is a game changer. None of my other vacuums have this, and I cannot express to you how much this helps me see dust and hair on the floor! It makes me want to get a light for all of my vacuums. In the lowest mode, it is a very pleasantly quiet vacuum. Medium is quiet enough... as is high. But low is a joy. It cleans without scaring my cats. I could go on and on about the positive aspects of this vacuum because there are so many. But let's talk about the area it doesn't do as well as some of the others... and that's removing cat fur from upholstery and rugs. It tries and it does a reasonable job of it. But my corded Shark Navigator can actually remove almost all the fur with its brush head, and this one just cannot. It is worth mentioning that my Shark Navigator easily weighs 3 times more than this. One other aspect of this one I am not in love with is that it cannot stand up by leaning on something else. Its head is so flexible and simple to move that it simply cannot be trusted to stand up whatsoever. This means that you are basically required to use the wall mounting equipment so you can hang it. I haven't done that yet, because I'm unsure where to do it. I do not have a closet with an outlet inside it, nor a closet with a nearby outlet on the same wall as the closet. It would be ideal to be able to charge it where it lives. Right now I disassemble it and charge it in the kitchen and return it to the closet. That's not sustainable. But the only way I think I can charge it where it lives is to figure out a spot between my washer and dryer where I can hang it. Perhaps you should think about where you are going to mount it and charge it before you purchase a cordless vacuum. Overall, it's 5 stars. I'm impressed. Living in a condo with two kids, we have very little extra space to store appliances, and our home can go from clean to a disaster in a shockingly quick amount of time. I have a robot vacuum I use regularly, but often there are spills or localized areas that I need to work on, where this comes in so handy. I also love all of the attachments. They are so easy to swap out, and you can clean anything with all of the variety. I've vacuumed our mattresses (without even buying a special "mattress vacuum" and can vacuum our fabric dining chairs as well as the sofa and other seating in the living room. I've vacuumed dust out of small vents, and was able to get crumbs and dust out of drawers and under tight spots. This is very lightweight and can hold a charge for many hours. I ended up getting one for my mother too, and apparently, when her monthly cleaning lady came by to do the big projects, she was so excited and said she's used these with other customers and they are her favorite. I truly cannot imagine anyone not finding this super helpful and something you didn't even know how much you needed to have in your home until you have it. Read more
