This cordless vacuum is amazing! It’s a beauty because it’s completely wireless, which makes cleaning so much easier. It comes with several nozzles that help reach every corner and deep dirt. I bought it for my mom, and she says it’s the best one she’s ever used because it saves her a lot of effort no more being stuck to a cord while cleaning! The "Robust 5" works great so far, as it's light weight & agile, quiet, easy to clean & assemble and the suction power is good (even just on medium power) - the only not so great thing is the battery life, BUT their customer service offered to send an extra battery free of charge! I love my new stick vacuum! It has powerful suction, is light weight and is very easy to move around objects and under furniture with it's swivel type head. Emptying the canister is so easy....I just hold it over my waste basket and go back to cleaning. Even with our very hairy Golden Retriever, the vacuum picks up dog hair with no problem and no clogging. I highly recommend this product! And, the customer service is great. I really enjoy this because it’s very light and it doesn’t make a lot of noise picks up very well and I love the fact that it doesn’t have a cord so I can take it anywhere. I don’t have to worry about unplugging because the cord is too short. It’s really a great vacuum The only thing I dislike about this vacuum is that it dies really quickly I have yet to have to empty it and clean it because I have a small space so it’s not a lot of dirt accumulate in the vacuum, but I have seen where it is really easy to clean and to empty. I've had the Kermoky Robust 5 stick vacuum cleaner for two weeks now, and I've used it almost daily. I had an old Hoover bag vacuum for years, and it just doesn't pick up dirt as well as it used to. Enter the Robust 5. I tested it by vacuuming some recent, dirty areas with the old vacuum first, then using the Robust 5. I was stunned by how much additional dirt, hair, and bits and pieces it picked up. There was so much that I had to empty the canister before finishing. I'm impressed and shocked, as I thought my old vacuum got most of it. Nope. Since then I've become obsessed with revacuuming every inch of my house! This is the first stick vacuum I've owned, and the design is excellent. It's completely modular and very easy to remove and swap out attachments. All the instructions are very clear (except putting in the aroma pack, more on that later). The Robust 5 is very light, which is excellent for long-term use. The lighted swivel head is small but mighty, making it much easier to get under tables, beds, cabinets, etc. Plus, it's priced very affordably and for what you get, its a fantastic deal. The two issues I’ve seen so far are that the battery doesn't quite last for 70 minutes, and it takes some time to recharge, so if you have a lot of area to cover, then you'll have to recharge it in between. Kermoky sells extra batteries, and I would recommend at least one backup battery. The second issue is the installation of the aroma pack. The directions don't say where it goes, and I couldn't find it, so I reached out to customer service, and they replied right away with a video on how to install. When I saw how to install it, I laughed because it was very easy, but it wasn't very clear where it goes. Hopefully, they will post that video to the product page or update the instructions. But these were minor issues and not dealbreakers for me. Register the Robust 5 using the card in the box to receive a 3-year extended warranty. They promptly answered all my questions and were very helpful. I'll update this review if anything changes, but I'm extremely happy with my purchase of the Kermoky Robust 5.
