What a fantastic first cordless vacuum! After much online research, I finally made the leap, and I'm thrilled. The vacuum arrived promptly in well-protected packaging. The design is so intuitive, I had it assembled and running in about three minutes without even glancing at the manual – the foolproof design made it a breeze! Operating it couldn't be simpler with just three buttons: on/off, suction power down, and suction power up. A delightful surprise upon powering it on was the bright LED lighting integrated into the suction head, making it incredibly useful for navigating dimly lit areas. The lightweight design makes it a joy to maneuver. I've tested it on both hardwood and carpets, and the suction is truly impressive – it picks up dirt like a champ! Emptying the dustbin is also a snap with its one-button release. The included brush head attachment has already proven its worth for cleaning those pesky cobwebs from the ceiling and walls. And the telescopic wand? Absolutely brilliant! Extending from 4 to 6 feet, it makes reaching those high ceilings a breeze. This was the second one I got. Same issues as the first. After cleaning and following all instructions; it stops suction. There’s power, battery is good. Good luck contacting the help portion or manufacturer. Took me two months the first time. Amazon sent me a new one after I finally heard from the manufacturer. Same. Don’t bother. Read more

This vacuum cleaner is small, lightweight but quite powerful. I can easily vacuum my room with it. It allows me to reach the ceiling easily. And it cleans my hardwood and tile floor as well as rugs.
