Easy to empty debris in trash. Hepa filter you can wash. Has an Xtra one included. Takes a little getting used to with all the attachments, but worth the price. Swivels at all angles. Has plenty of adjustable suction. Came with an extra filter and a cleaning brush, which I have already lost. Cleans up close to baseboards. I thought it was doing a great observation of cleaning and discovered I had it on its lowest power setting. Oh, comes with davenport tool and crevice cleaner. If it holds up it gets a five. I am so impressed with this vacuum! We have wood floors on the second floor of our home and while they are hardwood, they have a soft finish, so are prone to scratches. I’ve used multiple small and lightweight vacuums on that area, but find that the suction level is lacking and definitely can’t handle the area rugs under the beds in those areas. The Vokene vacuum is not only gentle on the soft wood, but has powerful suction. Even without the attachment, it picks up not just debris, but dust as well. There are lights on the front which area so helpful with making sure I’ve gotten to every area and it’s VERY quiet. The lack of a cord is huge, as I am able to get to areas of rooms that were previously a real pain to reach. The battery life is very good and lasts through several vacuum sessions. The media could not be loaded. This cordless vacuum has been such a good buy. It's really light ,easy to move around ,and I love that it stands on its own. The suction is strong enough to pick up pet hair and dust on my low pile carpet without any trouble.the battery lats me about half an hour ,which plenty for a quick clean .I also like how attachments are super handy for furniture and corners .not loud at all compared to my last vacuum. This is a great vacuum! I got this for my daughter's dorm room when she goes off to college but I may just keep it! It is so lightweight and easy to use. It has powerful suction. Easily picks up cereal and cat/dog hair. It was very easy to assemble. I love the different head attachments and they are easy to interchange. I am able to use this on my tile and carpeted flooring with ease. I had a name brand cordless vacuum that would lose charge after 2 rooms.
