So far I am very pleased with this vacuum! It picks up dog hair very well. Easy to remove the dirt and hair. We take off the bottom part to clean the couch. Works good on that too. Light weight. I'm very impressed and luvin' this cordless vacuum cleaner. It performs just as well, if not better than, any other vacuum cleaner I've ever owned. It's lightweight, easy to use, high quality, and is a great value for my money. Hepa filters included to eliminate having to buy filters ever again, the suction power is exemplary and even takes it up another notch if needed with the "Turbo Hurricane" feature. It's perfect for vacuuming the hardwood floors and throw rugs in my apartment without having to drag the cord around or plug it in from room to room. It also swivels to vacuum theb tough to get to corners and easily pivots under tables or furniture. This has been a very good vacuum so far; great battery life, really good suction, multiple speeds, and the light on the front is both a godsend and a curse as it allows to quickly see every crumb and piece of dirt on the floor. I like the fact that it stands on its own, and the debris bin is easy to empty. There's really only one thing I'd like to see in the future and that's a hardwood floor brush. The brush roller that comes with the machine is great for carpet and does a pretty good job on smooth floors, but a brush specific to smooth floors would be better in my opinion. I received the vacuum as a gift for Christmas. I have a dog who sheds all day everyday. I love the dog but not all the hair so I vacuum daily. My new vacuum has very good suction power, is easy to maneuver, has a long battery life and does a great job. It’s lightweight and easy for me to do my cleaning. I have multiple surfaces (tile floors, thick carpet and laminate wood floors) and it handles all. There is nothing for me to do when transitioning from one surface to the other… I just go! Customer service rep “Holly” emailed me a few days after Christmas inviting me to sign up for their 3 year (free of charge) warranty. Which I did and has a thank you I got 2 HEPA filter replacements for free!! Their customer service is as good as their vacuum.
