I do not own an electric flosser because they are bulky and take up too much space. I wanted something for after oral surgery and this has been perfect! I had one top front tooth extracted and a fairly significant bone graft done eight days ago to prepare for an implant. I have had to be extremely careful and this flosser has been a life saver for rinsing my mouth. I, of course, do not rinse directly on the surgical site, but it is great for carefully rinsing off toothpaste in other areas of my mouth and for filling up my mouth with water without bending over to gently rinse my mouth. It is very hard to find air flosser in the market. This one fits the purpose. I use it to spary the mouth wash between the tooth and I don't have any cavitity in the past 7~8 years. On the other hand, it is easy to break. Either don't spray the water or can not stop. Probably need to replace every 3~6 months. I am ok to do this little investment to protect my teeth. Read more

My child just got braces and I bought this as an easy go to for them to clean their teeth/braces after they eat lunch at school. Well we received it and they wanted to try it immediately, so we set it up. We filled it with water and pumped it up and it worked just fine. Well after dinner that night they went to use it again and the water just leaked out of it and the pump no longer worked. They only used it once and it broke. Read more

As someone who has dental implants I would not recommend purchasing this item. There isn't enough pressure to clean your teeth. I can get a better clean by just gargling. Good concept, failed design. Save your money. Read more

It is not easy to break.I give this product 5 stars for knowing it's not battery or electrically operated. I've been camping and traveling a lot and getting close to the last 6 months of needing adult braces and didn't want to spend $30-$50 for a battery operated one for traveling. Especially when I have my normal plug in the wall one at home. It's very easy to use and gets the job done. Don't expect this to have the same power as an electric one. Also, be aware you will need to refill the water at least one plus times if you have braces to get everything cleaned. I knew ahead of time this wouldn't be my electric one at home and having that mind set prior to purchase is why I give it 5 stars. For this being a manual water flosser it works great! I just got this today so I don't know how it works long term but I'm very happy with what I seen so far. For best use make sure you are leaning over a sink or in the shower or bath because it will get messy. Has great pressure but make sure not to completely fill bottle. Leave about a quarter of the bottle air for the sprayer to work properly. Overall I'm happy with this product and will definitely purchase again ! Read more
