Pants are a nice soft corduroy, with a medium thickness. I have not washed yet but fit of the XXL is very good as I usually wear a XL . I find with the "Far East" clothing, usually have to go a size larger (although they get longer in the leg and sleeve). Will update if they don't wash well, but for now, I am very satisfied. These pants are a pleasant surprise. The fabric, polyester, truly feels like it's real courd. It's soft, textured, but not heavy. They have that classic courd ribbed feel and warmth you'd expect. They're comfortable and true to size in my opinion. The color was the perfect fall and spring ivory and I had no issues with zipper quality. I love the elastic waist band which makes them easy to slip on and off. The wide leg elevates these and dare I mention, the pockets? They're real and functional! I wanted to like these slacks but the fabric was so very thin I returned them. The style is nice when I tried them on and comfortable. The color was a deep black as pictured but I just couldn’t get over how thin the fabric was .. I thought for the money charged I wouldn’t chance them falling apart on first wash as I’m 4’9” I would also have to pay to get them altered in length as length too long for me .
