So my neck has been slowly bending backwards over rhe years till now it hasa backwards curvature. It ne er occurred to me that my pillow could be a contributing factor. Until recently a conversation with a new friend mentioned pillows. Well I went hunting for a cervical correction pillow. Found my way to the core products. On their website they have a quiz to find your perfect pillow. And this was my result. I found the pillow on amazon, and the cost was the same as all the chinesium cervical pillows that flooded the main pages, but this one was recommended by my chiro. At first, when I laid on my back on the pillow right out of the package, I felt the twinge of a migraine, the "pain" that my neck curvature causes me. However I don't sleep on my back. I may roll over on my back at night but I mostly sleep on my side. So I rolled over to test that out. And immediately I noticed a HUGE difference in how I was laying. My shoulder didn't touch my ear like it usually did. Like I was laying in a shrugged position. My shoulders were super relaxed and where they were supposed to be. My "pain", if you can call it that, that I felt on my back was gone. And in seconds I swear I was asleep. This was the middle of the afternoon, I wasn't supposed to be napping!!! I woke up like 30 minutes later, drool on the pillow. In a panic at what time it was!! And my neck and shoulders felt great, no pain, no tension. But the real test will be the first night. Ok so I wake up after night 1, and I am laying on my back. Not unusual, but I DON'T have a migraine, or any pain, like ANYWHERE. Usually I have low back aches if I wake up on my back as I have scoliosis too. Yeah I know I am a mess. But I didn't even have THAT pain... is this some kind of magic pillow or something??? I don't know if because it holds my head back or aligns my spine and it has a trickle down affect or what but I am super happy. Ok the cons... I have 2, sorta... # 1. For those used to a soft fluffy pillow. Even though this is the "gentle" version it is still a FIRM pillow. not really a con. I don't mind it. Because of the shape it's super comfy, I just have to make sure I find the right spot or I get too much pressure on my ear, or jaw. That's the sorta con. The real con in my opinion is because I am a side sleeper, and married 4 years now , we have designated sides of the bed. We are cuddlers, I know a rare breed of human, in order to use this pillow as a side sleeper you can only use one specific spot of the pillow for side sleeping which is VERY far away from my husband 😆 (think small spoon) He would have to basically sleep on my pillow with me, and his head would be in the wrong position. So options are I either have to be the big spoon, which I can't be for medical reasons ( he can't lay on that side) or we have to switch sides of the bed. Or you know deal with no more cuddling. So yeah, I know tiny violin playing.. Read more

It’s a good size, the thickness is good and it’s well-designed and supportive. There’s one side that feels more cooling than the other (the other side actually seems to or feels as if it reflects body heat and makes my neck feel warmer). I’ve been using the pillow now for about a week to help ease the pain of multiple herniated discs and a compressed nerve in my cervical spine, and when I wake up after using it, my neck doesn’t hurt as much as it did before. I also start to feel immediate relief as soon as I lay down for the night. It’s also not too heavy but heavy enough (which makes it dense enough) to provide true support. The video they provide on their product page also shows how to adjust the amount of support by either rubbing away to make it flatter or rubbing towards the center to make it fuller. I tried it because I wanted more support, and the method they show works. I think it’s a good pillow. I’ve tried several other brands and designs and this one is my favorite so far for what I need. This is not my favorite. I really wanted to like it, but I couldn't get past the inconsistent thickness. The seller is great and issued me a refund with no trouble. Read more

I saw this on TikTok for the first time and it was recommended by a chiropractor who did a great job of explaining the benefits. I have been a side stomach and overall awful sleeper for so many years. And always wake up with my neck and lower back hurting. I’ve been wanting to sleep in a better position, but just haven’t found the right pillow or system for myself. The first night I use this, I noticed more restful sleep and less pain in my neck during the night as well as when I woke up the next morning. When sleeping on your back, there are two sections that you can use. One is a little bit smaller, which they recommend using when you first start with this pillow. If you flip it over the other side is a little bit thicker, which supports your neck and put your head back further with more of a curve in your neck. The sides are firm enough for side sleeping and take a lot of pressure off of shoulders and arms. After using this pillow, I haven’t had any issues with waking up because my arms have fallen asleep during side sleeping. If you are looking for improved, sleep an alignment, I would definitely recommend this pillow. Again, I’ve only been using it for a few days and have felt immediate benefits. Looking forward to more long-term benefits as well. Wish I had found this earlier! Read more

Way too hard - not “gentle” support at all. I have a D-core pillow (recommended by my chiropractor) that I love but have had for a couple years and was trying to find something I could replace it with when it wears out. I couldn’t use this Tri-core pillow for more than a minute regardless of what side I used - it presses too hard into my tender neck and was super uncomfortable. Read more
