I love everything about this except one thing so I'll start there: there are only 3 speeds. The highest speed is SO high, I never use it. Middle speed is ideal for smoothing and removing layers of gel/acrylic. Low speed is a joke, it will skid at the slightest touch. I can achieve most things with middle speed, but I wish it was a speed dial like some of my other models. Sometimes I just need a little faster or slower, and the 3 speeds are too far apart. Things I like: it's nice and sturdy. It's heavy metal base makes it feel like it's going to last unlike the cheapy plastic ones. I used this straight out of the box without charging for 3 manicures, so the battery life is great. The attachments are nice but I only use 2-3 of them regularly.
