I had just completed a kitchen deep-clean before thanksgiving and was disgusted by all the grease and splatter I had to clean up. Then it hit me. Air fryers keep the mess to a minimum. I wanted something that could handle the high-heat cooking I do, without all the mess that usually goes with it and this fit the bill.
