My skin is so picky, almost every product I've introduced to it has been disastrous. Ive tried many sunscreens and many feel super thick and slimy or break me out. I can't say enough good about this stuff (except I swear it used to be cheaper...but I'm hooked so I'll pay it). It actually feels so good to put on I never miss a day. I look forward to it because it feels cool and tingly like aloe and I'm not even joking, it has a little sparkle to it when I put it on. It smells amazing, and does not bother my eyes at all. I have very dry sensitive skin so I like the slight dewiness this gives me. It almost feels like a toner in that my makeup looks a lot better over it than just my skin alone. No white cast at all. I'm so glad I can get such a nice Korean sunscreen off Amazon consistently too, I am nervous buying from other places. Read more

I never thought I would get excited about sunscreen but here we are. This stuff feels like a cozy little blanket for my face that also fights off sun attacks like a tiny superhero. My skin is protected, soft, and somehow slightly smug about being so pampered. It spreads easily and does not leave that weird white cast that makes you look like a ghost auditioning for a Halloween movie. I put it on in the morning and forget it is there until I realize my face is glowing and not sunburned. My friends are starting to ask if I have a personal SPF fairy. Bonus points for the lightweight texture and mild scent. It does not smell like a chemistry lab experiment, which is a huge win in my book. I am officially obsessed and feel like I can stare at the sun safely without actually staring at the sun. Read more

Just tried this product, and I’m very pleased with the results so far! (I have combination oily dry skin, sensitive to scents, not acne prone to new products) I was expecting it to be on the smaller side, and it isn’t as big as this other sunscreen I’ve been using (pictured for size comparison with plant) but that’s okay because the benefits are bigger. The Neutrogena I’ve been using has great SPF, has lots of product, and is unscented- all good things. Yet, the spreadability was not very good and it left a white cast and would pearl a lot near my hairline and in any crevices on my face (nose, mouth, eyelids, etc). This COSRX though is great for solving those issues! I dotted the sunscreen on my face (which I did for the Neutrogena too), and was expecting some resistance in spreading it evenly in my face (like I’ve had difficulty with for other sunscreens) but there was no issue! It just glides on evenly, no pearling anywhere, and no white cast at all! Also, there is a slight scent, but it isn’t bad or chemically and doesn’t bother me (usually that’s a big issue for me). Now, it does leave a VERY dewy (kind of oily) look, at least initially, so if you don’t like that I don’t know if there is a way to reduce that 🤔 Personally, I’m fine with it, and as it absorbs more it gets a little less shiny. And yes, it isn’t as big as the other I’ve been using, but I plan to use it only for my face and neck and have a separate sunscreen for my body. Plus, with all the extra benefits in it, I’m fine with that and I think it is worth it for me. Though one thing I would like is for the directions to list the amount per area that works best for maximum protection (I just did the two finger amount for face and then neck) but a lot of sunscreens don’t list that for some reason, so I guess that’s okay. So yeah, overall, great! I’m trying out some other recommendations, but this one will probably be in my rotation for long term (I like to change things up intermittently). Thanks COSRX for this great product! Read more

This covers well, but it is a bit thick and slightly greasy feeling, which shows as it does sit on this skin more than it soaks in. I wear this one for longer periods of outdoors activities, like gardening or spending any longer time periods outside, but for regular outdoor use, like just walking around, I use a thinner one that is more easily absorbed. I’m really picky about sunscreen. I’ve tried dozens to maybe a hundred sunscreens and I really love and keep coming back to Korean skincare. I came upon this Cosrx brand on Amazon during prime week and bought it because it had good reviews and was only $10 (this was a few years ago and the price has increased to like $16 for prime day). What do I like about it? 1) My skin is so dry and this is a hydrating cream with vitamin e to smoothe the skin 2) it is 50spf. I always strive for 35+ and this is a great strength 3) it leaves no white cast and blends in perfectly 4) it has no smell, or atleast nothing offensive 5) the price is decent, especially on prime day CONS IT STINGS if you get it in your eyes! It’s like crazy painful and doesn’t let up until either you wash it out of your eyes or after the day nears an end after you’ve teared up all day. Read more

I love this face sunscreen. I have been using medical grade products for years and I have been looking for a line that was more economical with similar effects. I found that in this line of products. I have paired this spf with the moisturizer and vitamin c serum from COSRX and I love the 45 year skin I am seeing. Great results for brightness. Non greasy and minimal scent Read more

This product felt good, didn't have a horrible smell, and made my face nice and moisturized. I gave it three stars because my face started breaking out after using a few days to a week. It started getting really itchy and little red patches on my face and neck that were very itchy. It was not until I did some more research and found out that snail mucin products can cause an allergic reaction to individuals with sensitive skin, shellfish or dust mite allergies! I have sensitive skin, and I am allergic to dust mites! So, I had to stop using it. Skin started clearing up. Read more
