I’ve only had this product for a few days, but I absolutely love it! It’s very easy to use, feels like a sturdy/quality product for the price, and definitely has helped with the tightness in my upper back. I wanted to give this product 5 stars, but only gave 4 stars because I’ve only used it for a couple of days. Longevity of the device is important to me, and if this product holds up over time then I will look into editing my review to reflect this. I opened right away upon arrival and was so disappointed. Battery jumped from 90 to 40 in less than a minute. To top it off the “highest” setting was so weak!! I put it back on charger and it wouldn’t go past 90 and soon as I turned it on again battery dropped again. When I was using it, it was making this weird noise. Read more
