I love these towels because they actually work well as towels. They're very absorbent (surprisingly so given how thin they are compared to other "premium" towels), they wash well, and stay looking nice, new, & crisp longer than most. They are not thick and fluffy. The texture is very pleasant, a mix of 'scrubby' and soft. They are not scratch, just textured enough to work well as towels/washcloths without scratching your skin. At all. They do lint, at first. I washed & dried them 3 times before use, and that was enough to stop the linting for good. So, I have a set of fluffy Simply Vera and these for guests. The Simply Vera make it look like I brushed a Great Pyr and leaves cotton strands everywhere. These? I bought this set of towels for our little cottage and I have been so impressed with them. They aren't really fluffy, but the rather nubby texture does a great job of drying. They feel great on your skin and come out of the dryer feeling great, without leaving a ton of lint behind. Highly recommend! Read more

I'm not a fan of the typical super fluffy towels because they tend to shed a ton of lint no matter how many times you have washed them and they feel like you're attempting to dry off with a bath robe 🤣 These towels will shed a tiny bit the first few times you use them but it was not enough to annoy me!
