Being a little "light" on hair, I was looking for something to cover my head other than a baseball cap. I saw several welders and decided to try the do-rag. Amazon had numerous in stock in a multitude of colors. I chose the plain black style. When they came they were a perfect fit and very comfortable. This is my second time to order these, I'm still wearing the 1st order, just needed more than 6. These are very comfortable and they stay put very well unlike the nylon ones I've tried before. I use these daily and can't say enough good for them, I sometimes have to wear a hard hat and these are perfect for that as well. They are of great quality material and 1st order has already been through many washing cycles and still good as new. Read more

I got these to go under my hard hat and welding hood to protect my hair at work. When welding, you need 100% cotton; the downside to that is, these shrink when washing even with cold water. So when I initially bought them, they covered the tops of my ears, and after weeks of washing them, they shrunk to where I was fighting to keep my ears tucked under the bandana. I know that might not bother some people but as a girl I prefer to not walk around looking like an elf. Another drawback I noticed is that after throwing them in the dryer, it's not uncommon for some threads to come loose. They are thin, therefore feel breathable and not too heavy in the Summer. If you need lots of bandanas and for cheap, they're not so bad but if you have room financially to invest in better quality ones I'd suggest you do. Read more
