The media could not be loaded. The parts and pieces are easy to fit together and everything makes sense. It's very light, even with water in the tank. So it's easy to carry and move or to hold on to even while using it, though the hose is nice and long so I just set it down and didn't have any problem reaching anything, or quickly moving it when I needed a longer reach. The instructions mention not putting the rug cleaning detergent in the tank so I used a spare sprayer to spray the detergent and pre-treat the areas I was using this on, which worked just fine. The clean water tank is easy to open and remove as needed, as well as the dirty water tank. This unit has an amazing amount of suction. And it sprays a goodly amount of treatment water onto the surface. I was really impressed at the suction and how well it was vacuuming up the dirty water from the carpeting or upholstery, as previous cleaners I had only did a halfway job of this. And this is important so the carpet or upholstery isn't moist for long periods of time and doesn't mildew. The dirt water tank certainly had a lot of material in it, so I know it was doing a good job of cleaning. And after the carpet and upholstery was finished and totally dried it was VERY obvious that it had done a great job of it. It's very easy to use, and to treat and clean the surface you are using it on, as I said above there is plenty of hose and it's quick and easy to go back and forth on the rug or upholstery as needed to get it clean. Sound level is fine. It certainly is not quiet by any stretch but I don't think you can expect it to be. Cleaning is pretty straightforward, there are instructions of course but it's pretty common sense too. The hose cleaner part is a little piece to put on the end when you pull the nozzle off (press the little release pin to take the very end off), this circulates water back through the hose to clean it. That seems to do a really good job of it, the entire hose and end and farther down. And I wonder why all rug cleaners don't have something similar. Cleaning the tank and the parts inside is easy, requiring a dumping and just a rinsing of the parts - which come out easier - and the tank and drying it all. I've tried this rug/upholstery cleaner on the side of some furniture, and on multiple spots on carpeting with obvious visual and smell, on car upholstery where I spilled a protein drink, it cleaned the thick milky substance of just as well as anything. And on a recovered bench which had previous cat puke on it that we hadn't noticed and had dried. This also has a 2-year full warranty. It seems to be built very well but of course it is plastic. It did a great job on all of it and everything I threw at it. Really impressed with this, and it's one of those things that I have out quite often now - because we have pets and an old house and such. So I keep it handy for a moment's notice. Read more

I bought the Couch Cleaner Machine 600W because I have a long-hair cat whose fur gets everywhere. Between the constant shedding and the occasional hairball puke, cleaning my couch and rugs used to be a complete nightmare. This machine has honestly been a lifesaver. The 15Kpa suction is powerful and pulls cat hair from deep in the fabric, and it handles hairball messes effortlessly — no smell, no residue, no scrubbing. I also have kids who spill drinks often, and thanks to this cleaner, those spills are no longer a big deal. One quick pass and everything looks fresh again. It’s easy to operate, super simple to clean, and there’s no need to keep buying filters. Lightweight and portable, it works great on couches, stairs, area rugs, and even car seats. If you have pets, kids, or just want a powerful, stress-free upholstery cleaner, this one is absolutely worth it. Total lifesaver! Read more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tried several types of vacuums to tackle pet hair and was hoping for the best with this machine. It’s more of a steam-vac style without the steaming capability, but it promises to help clean upholstery with several brush and suction attachments. While it works fairly well, I had a few issues with it. Assembly is pretty straightforward so there are no problems there. The power cord is pretty hefty, which means your pets won’t be chewing through it anytime soon. It has both a clean and dirty water tank, stiff & soft brush, as well as a regular suction end for the hose attachment. It is a little on the heavier side which is okay because you don’t want it spilling over while you’re cleaning. The spray nozzle works well, and though you don’t add cleaning solution directly to the machine’s clean water tank, you can use it alongside a spray cleaner. The downsides are few but worth mentioning. This is louder than I expected - almost as loud as a full size vacuum despite its small stature. And it doesn’t quite manage to pick up small bundles of pet hair that get tangled or balled up while using the stiff brush attachment, which is annoying. However, it does a good job at lifting old stains and it doesn’t leak too much water as you clean. If you use it more for stain lifting and carpet maintenance and less so to collect large amounts of pet hair, it’s an excellent investment. Read more

The media could not be loaded. I don't recommend any product without testing it first. This is a compact cleaning machine that can be stored anywhere. It has incredible suction, and here's a video as proof. This is a dirty, grimy carpet with oil stains and dirt, and it only took me 5 minutes to clean this section. It's not a machine for large carpets since it's very small, but it's perfect for sofas, coffee or wine spills, and seats that have been around for a while and need cleaning. You won't be disappointed. It's perfect for when your grandchildren spill ice cream on your carpet, or your husband drops a glass of wine on it. I recommend it 100%. (Price and quality are excellent.) Read more

Very handy for cleaning rugs and furniture. We used it on 3 large area rugs to remove years of dirt. We also used it on an upholstered chair. It only uses water so stains need to be spot cleaned with appropriate cleaning solution or dishwasing soap, but you can rinse out the soap with this machine. It did not leak even after using it for 3-4 hours. We did need to dump the dirty water tank a few times and refill the clean water tank a few times with tap water. Per the instructions don't add any cleaning solution to the clean water tank, spray or sponge it directly to the carpet or upholstery. Read more
