Fit and Description Accurate

I wear a size 10 in Nike and I ordered that size in the Cougar Paws. The fit was perfect and the description is spot on. They are very well made. I walked 10/12 with ease. Only thing I wished would be for the pad to extend all the way to the edge of the soles..everything else is 100. Read more

Does the job, but not too comfortable for long use.

I use these for roof inspections, they work great if you tie them up all the way to the top and tight. If you are one of those people who don’t like tying your boots all the way to the top, then these are not for you. If you don't tie them all the way up you’ll feel like you’re sliding in them, which is not a good feeling to have on a roof for obvious reasons. Ive heard the same thing from other roofers and inspectors alike (so not an isolated issue). However, tying them up tight enough not to get that sliding issue makes them pretty uncomfortable after some time. Fortunately for me im only on roofs for 5-10min max so not an issue for me. For you roofers out there it’s a toss up whether or not they’ll be comfortable for you. All in all they are better than anything else I’ve tried, but not good enough for me to want to keep exploring (especially when you add in the cost for replacement pads)! Hope this helps! Read more

Don’t buy unless you’re rich

They do work as intended but need to be very rich to own these. Would not buy again I wasnt even doing hard physical work in these I was just on the roof replacing some trim I was on the roof for about 4-5 hours and the bottom piece of the boot would probably need to be replaced if I worked a full day idk how these could be affordable for anyone if you have replace the bottom every 4 -5 hrs at 50 bucks a pop Read more
