This mixer is powerful, but has a tab that makes it easy to control the speed. installing the beaters is simple, and the button for ejecting them is instantaneous. I have used it for whipping cream, mixing soft cheese, and expect it to perform well with any mixture that is not too stiff. Because it is very light, it is not tiring to use.
